DESCRIPTION

The UTC UT10N03VZ is a N-channel mode power MOSFET

using UTC’s advanced technology to provide customers with a

minimum on-state resistance, low gate charge and high switching

speed.

This power MOSFET is usually used at high speed switching

applications in power supplies, PWM motor controls, high efficient

AC to DC converters and bridge circuits.
