HEX INVERTERS

 

 

DESCRIPTION

 

The U74LVCU04 is designed specifically for 1.6V to 3.6V VCC

operation.

This device contains six independent inverters with unbuffered

outputs and performs the Boolean function Y  A in positive logic.

This device is fully specified for partial-power-down applications

using IOFF. The IOFF circuitry disables the outputs, preventing

damaging current backflow through the device when it is powered

down.

 

FEATURES

 

* Operate from 1.65V to 3.6V

* Inputs accept voltages to 5.5V

* IOFF supports partial-power-down mode

* Low power dissipation: ICC=1μA (Max.)

* ±24mA output drive (VCC=3.3V)

* Unbuffered Outputs
