DUAL INVERTER GATE

DESCRIPTION

The U74AUC2G34 dual buffer gate is operational at 0.8V to 2.7V

VCC, but is designed specifically for 1.65V to 1.95V VCC operation.

The U74AUC2G34 performs the Boolean function Y = A in

positive logic.

This device is fully specified for partial-power-down applications

using IOFF. The IOFF circuitry disables the outputs, preventing

damaging current backflow through the device when it is powered

down.
