LOW-POWER DUAL SUPPLY TRANSLATING BUFFER

DESCRIPTION

The U74AUP1T34 provides a single buffer with two separate

supply voltages. Input A is designed to track VCCA. Output Y is

designed to track VCCY. Both, VCCA and VCCY accepts any supply

voltage from 1.1V to 3.6V. This feature allows universal low

Voltage interfacing between any of the 1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V,

and 3.3V voltage nodes.

This device is fully specified for partial power-down

applications using IOFF.

The IOFF circuitry disables the output, preventing the

damaging backflow current through the device when it is

powered down.


