DESCRIPTION

The UTC UTT50P06-H is a P-channel power MOSFET using
UTC’s advanced technology to provide the customers with high
switching speed and a minimum on-state resistance, and
withstand high energy pulse in the avalanche and commutation
mode. The UTC UTT50P06-H well suited for high efficiency fast
switching applications.
