DESCRIPTION
The UTC UTD3055 is an N-channel Power MOSFET, and it can withstand high energy in the avalanche and commutation modes.
The UTC UTD3055 is needed for applications, such as power supplies, converters and power motor controls which require low voltage and high speed switching. These devices are particularly
well suited for bridge circuits where diode speed and commutating safe operating areas are critical and offer additional safety margin against unexpected voltage transients.
